Grapefruit (Citrus × paradisi) – Die Grapefruit gehört zu den Zitrusfrüchten und besitzt ein charakteristisches bitter-säuerliches Aroma. Verwendet werden je nach Produkt Frucht, Kerne oder andere Bestandteile.
