Fo-Ti is in China known as He Shou Wu. Millions of people in Asia use Fo-Ti every day. Not without reason, because Fo-Ti has made an important name for itself in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) over the centuries.
Fo-Ti: valuable ingredients
The plant, which is native to China, contains a variety of different vital substances that make it a valued support for well-being. One of the natural ingredients is TSG, a glycoside similar to resveratrol. Another important ingredient is Lecithin, which is mainly found in the roots of Fo-Ti.

Mein Friseurgespräch führte diesmal nach China :)
Wir kamen irgendwann auf verschiedene traditionelle Pflanzen, die im Zusammenhang mit Haarpflege immer wieder erwähnt werden. Fo-Ti kannte ich bis dahin nur dem Namen nach. Danach habe ich mich eingelesen und fand den Extrakt interessant genug, um ihn einmal selbst auszuprobieren.

Meine Beauty-Auswahl wird langsam deutlich pflanzlicher
Früher habe ich fast ausschließlich nach Biotin, Zink oder Collagen geschaut. Inzwischen interessieren mich auch traditionelle Pflanzenstoffe, einfach weil ich gern unterschiedliche Ansätze kennenlerne. Fo-Ti ist für mich genau so ein Produkt, auf das ich vor ein paar Jahren wahrscheinlich noch gar nicht geachtet hätte.

Dose gut gelöst – lässt sich leicht öffnen!
Die Handhabung der Dose ist angenehm, geht in ein paar Sekunden. Bin damit zufriden.
