Fairvital Copper Complex provides 2 mg of copper per tablet, equivalent to 200 % NRV. At 200 % NRV, copper is included at a high strength. This trace element is provided from three different copper compounds.
Focus on three forms of copper: The formula combines copper gluconate, copper bisglycinate and copper citrate. Per tablet, around one third of the copper comes from each of the three compounds used.
For the immune system and nervous system: Copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Copper also contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Just one tablet a day: The entire daily serving is contained in one tablet. With 240 tablets, one pack offers a 240-day supply at the recommended intake.

Copper is an essential trace element and a component of several enzymes. Natural sources of copper include nuts, seeds, pulses and offal. The body needs only small amounts, but these must still be supplied regularly through the diet.
The role of copper in connective tissue and iron metabolism is interesting. It contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues, to normal iron transport in the body and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Copper-dependent enzymes are also involved in the body's own processes that protect against oxidative stress.
Minerals can be present in the body as charged particles or be incorporated into enzymes and other structures. The chemical form used can be seen from the list of ingredients. The amount of a salt stated is not the same as the content of its mineral component.

gegen die grauen haare
Eine Freundin und ich haben beim Kaffee über unsere ersten grauen Haare gelacht und sie meinte irgendwann, ich solle mich mal mit Kupfer beschäftigen. Zuhause habe ich nachgelesen und fand den Zusammenhang mit der natürlichen Haarpigmentierung wirklich interessant.

Aus meiner Sicht eine gute Entscheidung, seit einigen Wochen dabei
Kupfer nehme ich gezielt ergänzend zu meiner Mineralstoffversorgung. Kupfer lässt sich einfach einnehmen und ich mag, dass ich damit nicht nur auf die üblichen Mineralstoffe schaue!
