Copper as bisglycinate: This trace element is present as copper bisglycinate. Copper is present as organically bound copper bisglycinate.
For connective tissue, the immune system and pigmentation: Copper contributes, among other things, to the maintenance of normal connective tissues, to the normal function of the immune system and to normal hair and skin pigmentation.
Small, easy-to-swallow tablet: The tablets measure 10 × 5 mm and are offered as easy to swallow.

Copper is an essential trace element and a component of several enzymes. Natural sources of copper include nuts, seeds, pulses and offal. The body needs only small amounts, but these must still be supplied regularly through the diet.
The role of copper in connective tissue and iron metabolism is interesting. It contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues, to normal iron transport in the body and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Copper-dependent enzymes are also involved in the body's own processes that protect against oxidative stress.

Wegen Haut und Haaren entdeckt
Auf Kupfer bin ich tatsächlich über das Thema Haut und Haarfarbe gekommen. Seitdem achte ich bewusster darauf, auch diesen Mineralstoff ausreichend abzudecken.

Kupfer nehme ich gezielt ergänzend zu meiner Mineralstoffauswahl. Kupfer ist ohne Aufwand eingenommen und ich mag, dass ich damit nicht nur auf die üblichen Mineralstoffe schaue.

Ich wollte bei Haut, Haaren und Bindegewebe auch Kupfer nicht komplett aus dem Blick verlieren. Kupfer passt für mich gut zu meinen üblichen Ergänzungen.
