Q10 für meine Fingernägel
Um für mich eine ausreichende Versorgung an Q10 sicherzustellen, habe ich mir das Produkt von fairvital besorgt. Zusammen mit dem Biotin von fairvital mache ich jetzt eine Kur, um die Nährstoffversorgung meiner Fingernägel mit diesen beiden Produkten zu verbessern.<br>Der Grund dafür, waren meine sehr schlechten Fingernägel. Sie waren weich und splitterten sehr leicht. Im Kontakt mit fairvital empfahl man mir Biotin als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel auszuprobieren und als Unterstützung dazu Q10.<br>Ich nehme das Q10 zusammen mit dem Biotin jetzt seit ca. 3 Wochen und meine Nägel sind härter geworden. Sie sind nicht mehr so weich wie am Anfang meiner Kur.<br>Natürlich hat das Q10 noch weitere Aufgaben im Körper, als nur für die Festigkeit der Fingernägel zu sorgen. Ausreichende Informationen sind im Internet zu finden.
