Mein Mann hat mit Q10 angefangen – jetzt nehme ich es auch
Mein Mann nimmt Q10 schon länger und meinte irgendwann, das wäre vielleicht auch etwas für mich. Gerade der Zusammenhang mit der Energiegewinnung in den Zellen hat mich neugierig gemacht. Seitdem nehmen wir es beide morgens.

Nicht nur etwas für Sportler
Q10 hatte ich früher irgendwie in die Fitness-Ecke gesteckt. Mittlerweile sehe ich das anders: Gerade wenn Arbeit, Haushalt und Termine gleichzeitig laufen, finde ich das Thema Zellenergie ziemlich spannend.

im Alter für mich relvanter geworden
Früher hätte ich bei Coenzym Q10 wahrscheinlich einfach weitergescrollt. Seit die Tage gefühlt schneller anstrengend werden, beschäftige ich mich aber mehr damit, was bei der Energieversorgung der Zellen eigentlich eine Rolle spielt.

Nach dem Sport nicht mehr nur an Protein gedacht
Beim Training denkt man schnell nur an Eiweiß, Magnesium und Co. Mein Trainingspartner hat mich irgendwann auf Q10 gebracht und seitdem sehe ich das Thema Energieversorgung etwas breiter.
