High-strength vitamins D and E: The daily serving contains 15 µg of vitamin D and 36 mg of vitamin E, each equivalent to 300 % NRV. At 300 % NRV each, vitamin D and vitamin E are included at a high strength.
Focus on bones and muscles: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal muscle function. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones.
Evening daily serving: Fairvital recommends three capsules in the evening with a meal. With 90 capsules, the pack offers a 30-day supply.

Glucosamine and chondroitin belong to groups of substances connected with the structure of connective tissue and cartilage. Glucosamine is an amino sugar; chondroitin sulphate belongs to the sulphated glycosaminoglycans.
In the joint, the cartilage matrix and synovial fluid form a finely tuned system. Cartilage contains water, collagen and proteoglycans, which contribute to its mechanical properties. Various food supplements combine such structural substances with vitamins or minerals.
Vitamin D has a special position among the vitamins because the human body can produce it itself with sufficient UV-B radiation. The starting material is a compound in the skin; conversion steps then take place in the liver and kidneys. In the diet, vitamin D is found in oily sea fish, for example.
This fat-soluble vitamin contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. It is also important for normal bones, teeth, muscle function and the function of the immune system. The form known as vitamin D3 is chemically called cholecalciferol.

Hat einen festen Platz, für meine Gelenkversorgung
Ich trainiere regelmäßig und wollte meine Gelenk-Regelmäßige Einnahme etwas konsequenter angehen. Chondroitin passt gut in meinen gewohnten Ablauf.

Mein Knie hat mich auf Chondroitin gebracht
Nach längeren Wanderungen habe ich angefangen, mich intensiver mit Produkten rund um den Bewegungsapparat zu beschäftigen. Chondroitin war dabei einer der Stoffe, über die ich immer wieder gestolpert bin. Dass hier zusätzlich Hyaluronsäure, Calcium und Vitamine enthalten sind, gefällt mir besser als ein sehr einfacher Einzelstoff.

Knochen und Muskeln passen für mich gut zum Gelenk-Thema
Bei einem Produkt wie diesem finde ich besonders sinnvoll, dass Calcium und Vitamin D nicht nur irgendwie mit dabei sind. Calcium wird für die Erhaltung normaler Knochen benötigt und trägt zu einer normalen Muskelfunktion bei; Vitamin D unterstützt ebenfalls normale Knochen und Muskelfunktion. Für einen aktiven Alltag ist das für mich eine nachvollziehbare Ergänzung
