Meine Wechseljahre haben meinen Blick auf Mineralstoffe komplett verändert
Früher habe ich mich für solche Details kaum interessiert. Inzwischen schaue ich viel genauer darauf, welche Mineralstoffe und Spurenelemente in meiner Ernährung überhaupt vorkommen. Dabei ist mir Bor aufgefallen und ich wollte es einmal gezielt ergänzen.

Meine Tochter studiert Ernährungswissenschaften
Seit unseren Gesprächen schaue ich bei Lebensmitteln und Supplements auf Dinge, die mir früher völlig egal waren. Über sie habe ich mich auch erstmals intensiver mit Bor beschäftigt. Seitdem weiß ich zumindest, dass meine Mineralstoffwelt nicht bei Magnesium und Calcium aufhört.
