Vitamin B12 belongs to the water-soluble B vitamins and contains cobalt as its central element. It occurs naturally mainly in foods of animal origin. In the body, vitamin B12 is needed, among other things, for normal blood formation, cell division and the functioning of the nervous system.
The absorption of vitamin B12 is particularly complex: in the stomach it binds to a protein called intrinsic factor so that it can be absorbed in the lower small intestine. The forms of the vitamin used include methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin and cyanocobalamin. They differ in their chemical side structure.
The body does not use vitamins as classic sources of calories. Instead, many of them are needed as cofactors for enzymatic reactions or perform specific tasks in tissues. The various forms of vitamins can differ considerably in their chemical properties.

Würde ich wieder nehmen, ist bei mir inzwischen fest eingeplant
Ich hatte nachmittags oft ein richtiges Tief. Seit Vitamin B12 morgens zu meiner Anwendung gehört, fühle ich mich wacher und habe gefühlt mehr Energie für lange Tage

Beim Lesen einer Zutatenliste hängen geblieben
Ich vergleiche inzwischen genauer, was in meinen Produkten steckt, und bin dadurch auf diesen Inhaltsstoff aufmerksam geworden. Vorher hatte ich vor allem Energiehaushalt auf dem Schirm; Müdigkeit war für mich ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Bei Mikronährstoffen finde ich es inzwischen sinnvoller, gezielt auszuwählen statt alles gleichzeitig zu nehmen.

Ein sehr gutes Produkt, um den Vitamin B12-Speicher wieder aufzufüllen. Durch die aktive Form des B12, Methylcobalamin, kann es schnell vom Körper verwertet werden. Das Produkt würde ich jederzeit wieder bestellen.
