Methylcobalamin is the bio-identical form of vitamin B12
Methylcobalamin is the bioactive and natural coenzyme form of vitamin B12. Other forms of vitamin B12 (exception: adenosylcobalamin) still have to be converted in the body.
Functions of B12
B12 supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and the psyche. It also plays an essential role in cell division.
Together with folic acid and vitamin B6, B12 converts homocysteine to methionine. It thus contributes to a better homocysteine level and can thus prevent heart and circulatory diseases.
It is also involved in the formation of red blood cells and can reduce tiredness.

Tipp!
Ich habe mich oft schlapp und müde gefühlt. Seit ich diesen Vitalstoff nehme, habe ich wieder mehr Energie!

Sehr unkompliziert. Bei meinen üblichen Ergänzungen
Ich nehme Vitamin B12 morgens zum Frühstück. Für mich macht es einen Unterschied, weil ich mich über den Tag wacher und konzentrierter fühle! Auch an vollen Arbeitstagen bekomme ich die Einnahme gut hin.

Klappdeckel echt praktisch, Deckel klappt gut
Die Dsoe lässt sich leicht öffnen, geht in ein paar Sekunden. Für mich ein Pluspunkt.

Bei meiner nächsten Bestellung mitgenommen
Spannend fand ich beim Nachlesen vor allem die Themen Energiestoffwechsel und Müdigkeit. Genau dieser Nährstoff hatte in meiner bisherigen Auswahl bisher wenig Aufmerksamkeit bekommen.
