AAKG (arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate) is an advanced form of the amino acid L-arginine.
Alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG) is an important biological compound that is needed in the energy cycle of the body's cells to convert carbohydrates, fats and proteins into usable energy.
L-arginine is involved in protein synthesis and the production of nitric oxide (NO).
The combination of the amino acid arginine with alpha-ketoglutarate is a high-energy compound that is absorbed and processed by the body very quickly. The body can absorb AAKG better through the small intestine than the amino acid arginine.

Brusttag ohne koffeinhaltigen Booster
Ich mag einen guten Pump beim Training, vertrage starke Booster mit viel Koffein aber nicht besonders gut. Deshalb wollte ich diesmal eine andere Richtung ausprobieren.
