5 probiotic cultures with psyllium plus prebiotic inulin
In this dietary supplement from Fairvital, the probiotic bacteria Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus have been combined with psyllium and inulin.
Psyllium husk: fiber
Psyllium contains swelling mucilage. Due to their very high water-binding capacity, the soluble, mucus-forming dietary fibers can absorb many times their own weight in water and thus form a colorless gel.
