Pleurotus ingredients
The Pleurotus mushroom, which belongs to the mushroom family, is rich in B vitamins, such as e.g. B1, B2, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6 and biotin. It also contains folic acid and vitamins C and D. A quarter of the dry matter of this mushroom consists of proteins and contains all essential amino acids.
The medicinal mushroom also contains polysaccharides, of which the beta-glucan pleuran is particularly noteworthy. It has antioxidant properties and can scavenge free radicals.
Fairvital's Pleurotus extract has been standardized to 30% polysaccharides.
